What is frozen

The denomination. α, by two jurisdictions and by elimination. Energy face ordinary and unchanged — no budget owes a line. Possibility face is where the toll lives.
The Born identification. Born statistics are the possibility ledger's outside face. An identification, not a prediction. No deviation claimed anywhere.
This proof predicts no number, and says so on every face. What it shows is what already died.
